"Agree with the last person here, Don't bother with these. Don't keep you updated, had to chase all the time, almost 2 years to do literally nothing. The person dealing with it changed every single time too. Someone else I got talking to with similar experience went with another firm and from the beginning were they were all over it, these can't handle it definitely made a mistake choosing this firm. They don't deserve 1 star. And to the last person who commented on here - why not take legal action against these? You shouldn't have a problem because these don't seem to know what they're doing, and that's out of order anyway."
