"Having used Alfred Newton Solicitors for quite a number of years over several cases i have always found that they are respectful polite and most importantly they are professional. when i first started to use Alfred Newton Solicitors I had a solicitor by the name of Jennifer Penman and when i say that she is great i mean just that she listened to all my problems and concerns and help sort them out straight away however that was then and this is now and this time around i really must say that the beginning of my case was going great until my solicitor had to go and change firms back in december now we are in may and since my old solicitor moved on i have had no correspondence with anyone from the firm i had phoned and spoke to the lovely receptionist about 2 months ago and was told that someone would get back to me BUT GUESS WHAT THEY DIDN'T now today i have phoned and up to yet no one has phoned me back now given the urgency of my case im some wat dissatisfied with how my case has been handled and how my case was just passed to someone who had no knowledge of my case as a result i have missed several court dates which dose not look good on my part... I MUST STRESS THIS VERY STRONGLY THE RECEPTIONIST IS A LOVELY LADY AND ALWAYS MAKES ANYONE FEEL WELCOME. THE STAFF HOWEVER THAT'S DIFFERENT OUT OF THE PEOPLE I HAVE MET I CAN ONLY COMMENT ON THEM AND FROM WAT INTERACTION I HAVE HAD WITH THEM IS WEAR I BASED MY OPINION FROM. IN MY OPINION THE BEST SOLICITORS THAT WAS THERE WAS VUD JENNIFER PENMAN AND HER LEGAL SECRETARY AND OF COURSE WE CAN'T FORGET BARBERA THE LOVELY RECEPTIONIST"
