Jen is extremely professional and supportive, always making sure that I understand each step of the recruitment process. We stopped employing apprentices around four years ago when our training partner at the time decided to abandon their body repair program. "We as many other bodyshops have realised that the talent required in our industry has not been nurtured in recent years.
