"Shambolic is an understatement. My car was booked in by Aviva under a 'Third Party Claim'. Customer services aside, the readers of this review can decide whether to trust this repair centre to carry out a high quality repainting job on their car. My Audi A6 looks like its had a backstreet garage job. Surely the person in charge couldn't have signed off the job blindfolded. Did they think it would go unnoticed? Masking tape marks, air bubbles, and rough surface and generally poor colour match. As of 11/08/2021, having accepted the poor workmanship I am still waiting on this company to resolve the issue. 16/09/21... near 2 months later and the work has been finally rectified."
"Excellent communication from start to finish. Polite staff from telephone conversations to drivers in person. Excellent booking in system and tracking system showing progress throughout. Work completed in 6 days. Car collected from my home and courtesy car dropped off. Same service to return vehicle and collect courtesy car. Extremely efficient. Thank you."
"My car was rear ended. Solus was instructed by my insurance to deal with the repairs. Contacted me quickly after I info the insurance, and collected my car within a couple of days. Kept me informed as to the damage and repairs. Car all done and dusted and returned to me just over a week later. Marvellous! Thank you."
