"Ordered 2 breakfasts to my parents flat where I was helping with renovations, I had said on Uber eats that I would meet the driver outside as I didn’t know any details for him gaining entry. 30 minutes past the latest estimated delivery time I phoned them and asked for an update to be told that the driver had left our food outside without letting us know. The food wasn’t there and then the restaurant went offline and I was no longer able to talk to anyone about it. No refund or no solution provided."
