"Overall I had a good experience. On the day the person serving me was nice and polite. When you phone to redeem the groupon and book the game, the person who answered clearly did not want to be there. I had a fun time but the place is really in need of a refurbishment. I am now 31 years old and I remember coming to this place when I was 11 and it's exactly the same. The toilets have tiles coming off the wall, a flimsy door, it's really quite bad. The seating area where you can get drinks hasn't changed either. Old grubby carpets. old table and chairs. It looks really run down. If you are thinking of hosting a birthday party here, I wouldn't. Just come for the game and have your party else where. Even though the arena hasn't changed in 20 years, it is still a really good arena, with many different levels and ramps. As I mentioned I had a good time once playing the game but the place looks really tired. It has so much potential."
