"Took my car here for a much needed service. Prices were by far the best I’d seen in the area so gave it a shot, and I’m very glad I did. The whole team were super friendly and helpful, and kept me up to date by phone about what was going on, what repairs needed doing and how much it would cost. In the end, I had a new set of brake pads, a new brake calliper and new spark plugs put in alongside the rest of the service, and honestly my car feels like new. I’d happily come back here for anything else that needs doing - support local businesses and use Budjet, they’re great. (Also a note, they don’t accept Amex but do accept Visa and Mastercard, plus contactless and Apple Pay. Couldn’t find the info online so putting it here)"
"Leaves the bigger specialist garages behind in terms of customer service. Nothing too much trouble. Paul and the lads brilliant - personable and professional. You’re not made to feel you’re bothering them - can’t say the same for all places. I sat and waited - made to feel comfortable and reassured. Same when I’ve been to the Budget in Garston. Highly recommended. I’ll defo be using again."
"Can not recommend highly enough. Got a booking two days after my issue with the wheel bearings. Was kept up to date with all the steps of the repair and additional problems were brought to my attention and resolved. I brought the car in at 9am and I was back on the road by the end of the day. All the staff were friendly and helpful with Paul taking the time to explain every step to me. Will definitely be returning for a full service in the future."
