"Done a click and collect online and went to pick up about 2 hours later. Waited about 15 mins to be served because the place was packed with one lad serving. Waited another 15 minutes for the lad to run around collecting my items that I would of thought would of been ready as click and collect means. All the time I'm waiting more people are coming in waiting then giving up and walking out. After all that I didn't even leave with my full order because part of it was out of stock."
