Driver calls when he’s outside. Response: I’m just doing what I was told, I can only apologise. What else can you do other than just keep apologising and annoying your customers? * Deliver on time in full? * Be proactive if there’s a problem not reactive. Call the customer to let them know there’s a problem before they call you to find out the problem. * Stop passing the blame - take responsibility for the business not pass onto another department * You can always do more than “only apologise”. We’ll Chuck you a free £3 bag of hardcore as an apology. Give the customer an MKM pencil, hat, mug. Something! You can actually turn an issue into a positive situation where customers can spread your brand. I don’t often spend so much time writing a review. I just know the service at this branch never used to be so bad. Something has to change!"

He expertly off loaded the heavy stuff with the crane into a very difficult area under a weeping silver birch without damaging the tree, then helped to off load the smaller stuff and stack it in the garden. Outstanding service."
