"I have been taking my son for the past six years and he has progressed from junior classes to the adult and teen masters class. It’s an absolute fantastic place to train and the atmosphere is delightful, it’s a very challenging workout to improve stamina and body fitness. If I had to say myself karate is all about discipline and confidence. Didsbury black belt academy offers a variety of different martial art styles such as light Contact , semi contact and much more. Definitely recommend this place if anyone is trying to get into to karate."

It’s been great to watch his confidence grow and to develop life long skills.
