"Do not order from here. I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered cleaning products which showed as in stock on 27 April 2020 and received my order confirmation email. A week later I hadn’t heard or received anything so called the number which didn’t ring and emailed about my order but heard nothing. Their email address on their PayPal account was different to their website and did not respond to my email so I raised a case with PayPal who had no response so 8 weeks later I have received a refund From PayPal. Terrible terrible terrible."
"Would give zero stars if allowed. Nightmare, ordered paint that never arrived. Do not use this lot if you are expecting customer service of any sort, don't answer phones or e-mails. You have been warned, luckily I used PayPal raised a dispute and eventually got my money back."
"We ordered garden tools from them 4 weeks ago but have not received any correspondence apart from automated original message when they took payment. Have attempted contacting them by their site phone, e-mail, & FB Messenger but no reply. Contacted Paypal to attempt resolution & contacted Trade Direct Paypal contact by e-mail. No reply. This is not how to conduct a business. Please refund my money."
"I ordered some paint materials for a private job at start of month. Due to current circumstances I figured I would wait for a notification before complaining. It is 3 weeks later and still not received order confirmation. Ended up ordering the materials from another company, fast and efficient. Having read reviews this is a regular thing for this company. Very quick to take your money but you will not hear anything from them at all. I highly recommend if you are going to order pay with paypal!!!! Least then you have a good chance of seeing your money again. I’m still waiting for my refund. DO NOT USE!!!!"
"Dealt with trade direct before normally ok. This time ordered 3 x paint, 2.5 weeks later got two, one of which was so badly wrapped ended up all pouring out box in my porch. No answer to emails,No answers to phone calls. Really bad service still no order or refund.NEVER AGAIN having to get bank involved now great!!!"
