"Asians and brown/black people BEWARE!!!!! Spent over £170 on UPVC accessories on 27th June. The day after my white friend phoned for prices for the exact same products with a single quantity order,He was quoted over £60 less!!!! With no questions asked. When questioned in store about the anomaly,the young lad and his substantialy more ignorant managers attitude was “it is what it is”. The only difference between the two customers is that one was Asian with a higher price and the white customers gets a much more lower price. 5 STARS FOR RACISM…ZERO STAR for fair customer service and value regardless of colour,creed or origin."
