"Absolute disgrace of a college, we finished the course in June and still haven't received the certificate. I keep calling and sending email and they ignore everything. Not a single person in my class has the certificate."
"Don’t bother to come to this college they simply don’t care about your education let alone helping you to achieve the grades that you want."
"Worst college ever! I came from Xaverian college and only transferred to this college because it was the closest college that had an Animal Management course. Coming from Xaverian, this college is beyond terrible and my parents and I are still in shock at how bad it is. The teaching, the teachers, the support, the lessons, the college environment, the area where the college is placed, everything about it is just awful. I’d have to take 2 trams to get to this college and some other students came from even further than me and sometimes we’d find out we’re going back home because teachers are sick or because of some other incident. Giving excuses why they couldn’t let us know about not coming in before we all leave home and buying tickets and stuff for transport. Really just shows they just don’t care at all. Teachers would show up late and through lockdown, some didn’t even bother to turn up on the meetings and didn’t explain or apologise for not showing up and left us students hanging there. I was allowed to work from home for the last couple of months before I finished and I was promised all these things like teachers will always be available etc. It’s just all lies. I’d write to a particular teacher with who my work related most with (Kristy) and she wouldn’t even bother replying to my messages when I asked for stuff relating to my assignments and then other teachers started to ignore me. I would not recommend this college one bit and they treat you like you’re in primary school when a lot of us are adults or nearly adults. I honestly don’t know how this college and other Manchester colleges are open but they honestly shouldn’t be."
"I studied my TA apprenticeship with Debbie B and Nicola H back in 2014! I want to thank you both for motivating me and pushing me to complete the course. I really appreciated your care, time and effort you both put in for me. I was made permanent by my line manager and have been at the school for 9years now. I am now looking to retrain in business administration and computing. I will be choosing Manchester college again as the tutors do care about their students. I'm unsure what campus you both are at or if you even work with the college anymore. I hope that the next tutors I get are as dedicated as you were to me and my achievement. I am eternally grateful to you both. I know it's been 9years but I hope you get to read this. I've been busy working hard and applying all the skills you both taught me. I am now finally getting to write this To thank you both!!"
