"Waste of time - web site shows they stock what I needed. Bloke at the counter say "oh no. We don't do that" When I pointed out it was on their website he said "it's going to be updated" Won't bother again and I'll use Garrard's like I usually do for the grand a month I spend on materials.."

"I was mildly disappointed when visiting this business to find that as a lay-person not knowing exactly what I wanted, I was made to feel a little insignificant. After being sent into the yard to ask ‘the boys’ what they have, I stood around for a while before leaving. Not willing to give up, I went home and used the contact form for my requirements. Again the response wasn’t lay-person friendly but I figured it out and made an order. When my delivery arrived, the driver knocked on the door but said nothing. I asked if he would prop the timber up next to the garage door while I got the key. Instead, he spread the timber along the drive and left. I’m still looking for a local friendly timber merchant!"
