"Ordered in the morning for next day, all items were in stock on the website. Called the next day to find the part of the order they had in stock wasnt dispatched. Their customer service team didnt seem to see the problem as they would refund the next day charge? Received an email just after the phonecall to say they didnt have the rest of the order and that it would be another week. Apparently they followed all their internal systems so I can't possibly have a problem. Just not good enough. AVOID! In response to your reply: Your customer care team informed me 10 items were out of stock the day I ordered but only informed me the rest wasn't available after I called because you had not shipped the rest of the order the day after.... You appear to be very slippery in taking responsiblity for your failure. It is apparent either your stock system and intenral communication are bad or you are dropshipping from a supplier and dont have the items in stock to start with."

"First time I ordered was great. Last time awful. I paid extra for 2 to 5 day delivery via DPD. 5 days came and went. I had to chase and hassle for any response. I was finally told that my delivery payment would be refunded, it hasn't been yet. Once my order arrived, I also discovered that not everything was dispatched, and yet again I have had no response. Now I am waiting for two refunds...."

"The first order, you shipped the incorrect parts, and there were missing bits, too. The shelf-life of the products were few weeks away. I was really disappointed with your service. After sending an email to your customer service, you replied almost instantly. You sent a courier to collect the wrong items and already shipped me the correct ones. Please investigate why this happened so you dont lose customers due to lack of care. Overall, you really impressed me well done, and thank you. 100% I will use you again."

"EDIT. Just noticed the suspicious spam reviews after i left my review. From bots reviewing takeaways in London and puppies in Carolina. Wow Dortech, wow Google. Ordered a number of products listed as 'in stock' on the website, ten days have passed and the order has yet to arrive. Used the online chat three times and was told i would receive the products on one date... and then a second date which has not worked out, and that Dortech were waiting on stock from suppliers. Zero email communication with order status/delivery time etc. I would not trust the 'in stock' listings on the website, and although the prices are competitive which influenced my purchase i should have shopped local and instant."

"Avoid like the plague. My order was over 3 weeks late, I had to chase for updates constantly. I was offered a partial refund which was supposedly paid to me, but was never received. They were unwilling to assist me further after I pointed out the refund was missing, simply stating that it was gone on their system, despite not being able to actually say where they sent it. Really disappointed with their service, made me feel like I was trying to mislead them. If you can, shop elsewhere"
