"You should definitely avoid this nursery. My son went her for a very short time. On his first full day they left him crying all day long (I know because I visited part way through the day). When I visited at the end of the day I observed him being thrown by one of the nursery staff. And she was also observed to be visibly frustrated with him. But not all nurturing or caring to a crying baby. When I raised this with management they were not bothered. When I pushed the matter they did ask the worker to apologize but did not actually take any action to manage this situation or to protect the children from this worker. Stating that she had had no prior complaints. But as we all know baby's can not talk and therefore can't complain. Had I not have seen this through the window. I would not have know. So rather than address the issue with the staff (further training or new room with older kids) they have put something up at the window so parents can no longer see through the win! dow."

"Thanks to everyone at Teddy bears for looking after my daughter, Emily. My daughter attended preschool at Teddy bears and I couldn't have asked for a better responsive, caring team. The staff in preschool have built up my daughter's confidence and have a great relationship with the kids. It's always hard to trust other people with your little ones, but they made it easier for me. I'd recommend this nursery to anyone .. 5 stars"

"My little girl joined nursery not long time ago... for our multilingual family it's was very important step. Staff helped walk through day by day to all of us... from lessons and entertaiments, from singing nursery rhymes to listening, talking , correct spelling and understanding English language.. from breakfast to afternoon snacks, events and play time outside... not enough just say Thank you. You doing amazing job. All members of staff, carers, managers, kitchen, domestic-you are great team. I wich you great success in future. Well done. Will definitely recommend our nursery to everyone."

"My son started Teddy Bears nursery in September 2017, he had previously been to another local nursery since he was a baby, but they no longer do the wrap around care with the local nursery school. I was amazed by how tight the security was to get in, the staff are approachable and lovely, my little boy loves coming here and wants to come even on his days off."

"My children have always attended this nursery and the staff are very attentive and caring towards them. Jade in pre-school is great and always provides thorough run through of my child's day and is very approachable when I have an concerns. They are beginning the process of implementing a Montessori approach which is a fantastic way of learning for children from babies all the way up to pre-school. I would recommend parents to take a look around the nursery to get a real feel for it."
