"The staff are clueless, never have 9.5 in trainer size and never have xxl in hardly anything absolutely shocking store"
"Where do I start? The staff are rude and don’t care about the customers at all. I Went in last week to witness a staff member being rude to the customer telling them to move out the way with no respect at all for them and Also staff looking at customers like dirt. I Went back a couple days later to see the same staff members stood on their phone and not watching or helping customers. Where have jd uniforms gone? I witnessed a young girl who worked there with see-through leggings on and a top showing cleavage. JD you need to start looking at your staff and how this store is being run. ( train your staff how to have respect for others)."
"I had been sent to this JD from the JD in Stockport to swap a pair of trainers for a bigger size as this was the only store with a pair available in the bigger size. We was told we were not allowed to refund or exchange till tomorrow (after being sent from JD in Stockport) anyway spoke to the supervisor as the Manager was apparently in later … who just refused with no apology and was very unhelpful …I’ve had to pay for another pair of trainers ….. when could they have just simply exchanged them …. When all the other JDS were… you Could see all the staff didn’t want to be there uninterested and being unprofessional on the shop Floor …, will not be returning shame on you JD"
"Horrible. Followed round the whole shop asked for a football, put it behind the till and when I went to go get it it had gone. I think I know the manager and I thought this is why we were being discriminated against but after reading the rest of these reviews I think it’s just the service here.."
