"The review is for Argos online. I placed an order which was not delivered and when I called I was told that I will be refunded and also given a voucher for the inconvenience. What I got was a voucher and the order was fraudulently marked as delivered. Fortunately I checked and called back again. In essence 1 hour wasted on calls, order not received.
