"I can honestly say that the service, attitude of the staff at Robert Dyas is one great reason to shop at these stores. .Real people who truly care .Don't take my word for it .Go ask Brandon. The rest of the team is also good in Richmond..it's worth supporting good ethical local business God bless you"
"Staff are brilliant. It makes a difference to shopping. Small compact store. Usual brands, good prices. Particularly handy for spring gardening accessories, fertilizers and some decor."
"This is a gem of a store and possibly the largest Robert Dyas I have come across. It is such a great help that it is open during the lockdown, serving many essential things that I had to get! When you are in lockdown for many months a lot of things become essential because you have to do everything on your own. Therefore, vacuum cleaning bags, caustic soda, Dylon colour runner etc etc becomes profoundly important. The guidance to choosing light bulbs is way more helpful than Argos or Homebase. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because, the staff were not quite do knowledgeable about products. The blonde middle-aged lady had recommended I buy Catapult (which time-tested useless product and harmful to plants). I asked her about Lion poo and she did not have a clue. I just had to rely on my friend's word of mouth. But, overall this is a store we can't do without!"
"Handy little shop. Dye for clothes..., cotton for sewing, samsonite bag,1/2 price !"
"Maybe I was just unlucky but my experience of this store was terrible. The customer service was an absolute joke. The sales assistant I spoke to in the store was rude and unhelpful. When I asked him if the light bulb I was thinking of buying was suitable for my lamp (which I had a picture of) he just sort of grunted with out even bothering to look at the picture. I’ve shopped at other branches and found the staff generally helpful and knowledgeable about the products but this branch I have to give a big thumbs down to I’m afraid."
