"Very disappointed with your service as I have paid £488.95- for a Air Purifier and you suppose to deliver to me on Saturday, but yesterday Saturday you did not make the delivery and just no show and no call, So I went Argos store to see what is going on with the Air purifiers today Sunday , your staff called the delivery department for me, and the delivery department only say want to refund the money to me and I need to wait for 40 hours to get the money back with no reason, I told her I was so disappointed and I don't accept the refund offer with no reason, at the end the delivery department told your staff at the store that they will deliver the Air Purifier tomorrow to me and will send me an email to confirm, I left the store and wait for hours and still have not received any confirm delivery email from Argos yet!!! I hope you will deliver the Air Purifier to me tomorrow and I think it is wasting time to make any purchases at Argos in the future."
