"My hotpoint washing machine packed up on the Friday. The bearings had gone and there not replaceable. So was advised to get a replacement. I rang Saturday morning and they had a decent replacement in the shop for a very reasonable price. I had it delivered and the old one taken away that afternoon. Super customer service a 12 months warranty and the guys were just so helpful and really did go the extra mile. I really do highly recommend these guys If your looking for refurbished appliances or even need an appliance fixed. Really good and reasonable."
