"THE worst pharmacy, if I could give it no stars I would. Absolutely useless, don’t order in prescriptions, have you waiting or send you off to another pharmacy and don’t release the prescription. Shameful."
"Last 3 Perscriptions sent to this pharmacy were out of stock and had to go to another who did. Then the final straw, went to pick up a prescription they have had for days, I had to wait for ages to then be told it would be another 15 minutes. Going to have my future Perscriptions sent elsewhere"
"Worst pharmacy I’ve been to. Came to pick up my online doctor prescription I ordered the day before to be told they are going on their lunch break and to come back after 2pm. I came back and the pharmacy was shut till 2:30. They told me at the desk it’s about 15-20 minutes for my prescription despite them telling me it will be ready after 2pm. I waited 40 minutes for them to get it ready and turns out it was ready the whole time and and it took them almost one hour to take it out of the storage box to give it to me. Appalling service."
"Shocking service from this chemist. Prescription sent over on 20/12 went to collect on 29/12 told wasn’t ready and would have to wait 25 minutes. It isn’t a one off always the same really needs sorting by competent management."
"Had a prescription of antibiotics sent there for my two children who had bad flu type symptoms. I went to collect the prescription and was told the chemist was going on lunch and to call back in 30 mins. Went back around 2 hours later. After waiting around 20 minutes I was told there was a problem with the prescription and the chemist would speak to the Dr. I was then told a message had been left with the Dr for him to call the pharmacy. So, in fairness, they did try to help on this aspect. However, I was told that even if they speak to the Dr they could only fulfil one prescription due to low stock. I left my details and left the pharmacy. Around 2 hours later I went back. After waiting 30 minutes I was given one of the two prescriptions and was told to collect the other prescription at a different pharmacy. The morning I went to Tesco pharmacy. I was told it would take an hour to process my prescription. I went back 2 hours later but unfortunately due to the queue left after waiting 25 minutes. I then went back later in the evening and was told that they couldn’t process the prescription because Lloyds hadn’t released it. So, after trying to collect my prescription 6 times (3 at Lloyd’s and 3 at Tesco), which has caused a massive inconvenience, I still don’t have it. Fortunately, we have enough antibiotics from the half prescription to give to both kids over the weekend! I will have to go back to Lloyds on Monday for the 4th time, and 7th in total to get them to release the prescription to take elsewhere. To sum up, Lloyds pharmacy is an absolute shambles. I will certainly be avoiding this branch in future."
