"Such a lovely place! I went for my covid jab today, every member of the staff said hello, with a smile... small things count!!! I was early so waited...... less than expected. But overheard conversations where staff listened to the customers & gave alternatives... I need to swap my regular pharmacy!!!"

"Updating my review - this is the best pharmacy that I have ever used and we have been customers for years . Throughout the current pandemic the staff have gone out of their way to assist and help customers. You receive prompt and professional service but always with a smile and friendly manner however busy they are. Nothing is too much trouble."
"Extremely poor service. I had 2 calls with the pharmacist to confirm the two medications I required. I collected my prescription and one of the medications was missing. I had to travel to the pharmacy again on my lunch break and I was told I couldn't have the second part of my medication without the pharmacist. I was promised a follow-up call which I didn't receive. When I called back I was told they had tried to call me (I had no missed call and no voicemail was left.) When I said that this was a poor service as I had now been almost 2 weeks without a vital medication I was told "We have thousands of patients." Dreadful service. No ownership or apology forthcoming."
