"Rude appalling behaviour. The chemist has gone downhill. On Christmas Eve I was told my son’s prescription medication wasn’t there. But I didn’t believe the lady as whilst this was said she was smirking. (Due to me leaving a bad review for the poor service) I then got my sister to phone asking for the same medication, and it miraculously appeared she said it was there. I went to the chemist and the lady was furious and said I had tricked her?? I said you mean you have lied and been caught out. The lady’s response to depriving my son of asthma medication was, “he’s a child” he shouldn’t have tablets” I told the lady you are here to dispense medication from prescriptions. It’s dangerous for you to judge if my Son can’t have them or not. The lady also brought up the bad review left online. I explained to her reviews are for a reason. For the community to express feedback for the business. And the feedback that’s been left is honest and if you’re not liking this maybe change the way you are to customers. ( I even expressed my Son couldn’t breath with chest pain) and not one once of empathy from the lady. The man quickly come to help me and served me, thank god! I’m so grateful he did. As it was Christmas Eve. Was an amazing chemist years ago! Very poor service now. I’m just hoping no one vulnerable has problems, cause they will be helpless and could end up very poorly. I’ve only give the one star for the gentleman who gave me the medication I really appreciate it thank you."
