"Booked flu jab appointment for myslef and my pregnant partner online. Pharmacy had randomly closed early on the day. So it was a wasted trip, they have automatic email appointment reminders, yet clearly not the emails messages if they need to cancel!) Neither did they answer the phone couple of time the next morning. Poor service, you'd expect better from a pharmacy, easier to go elsewhere."
"This is absolutely rubbish service. My son had high temperature. I handed prescription to the reception at 7.15 pm , there wasn't busy at 8 pm I asked whats happening. She said pharmachist in break. I said if pharmacist in break you should say that. I asked how long it would take she said she doesn't know. Well my son he was crying. She said I will ask him . She went out then asked him how long she said 1 minutes. He came out 5 minutes later and said its not been discharge from other chemist. Then kept me to ring other chemist. They said it discharge. He try to access his system 10 minutes later he said can't get this his system failed. Absolutely rubbish. They need to improve their service"
"Closing 4 hours early due to staff sickness. Well there are patients that are also sick and need medication. There was nothing on website to say closing early. Lloyds pharmacy have numerous locations and if management had any basic skills they would of requested help from elsewhere. But cheers missed my dose for yesterday. Top one."
"Rude, unhelpful and with horrific queues that can be an hour long. It took me nearly a week to get a prescription, no matter what time I went in the pharmacist was always out for an hour."
"Previously had a poor experience of this pharmacy with an hour-long queue and rude staff but decided to try it once more for a flu vaccine as many pharmacies aren't stocking it yet. Came in for a scheduled appointment, for which I had been sent two reminders, and waited in line for 20 minutes to be told: "the pharmacist isn't in"?! Surely, you should be following Lloyds' procedure for making appointments available in line with online booking? Wasted an hour of my life arranging it and coming in. I am leaving this review as the young girl didn't offer an apology, explanation, or express any interest in understanding why I was able to book an appointment when the pharmacist wasn't in, so I'm sure it will happen again to other people. She didn't even explain how I could re-arrange and I had to ask three questions to get any sensical response out of her. Was then vaguely told to come in anytime Thursday without an appointment. Knowing the shocking standards of this pharmacy this will likely be problem-ridden."
