"Shocking service at the Shaw outlet. A policy change of not ordering repeat prescriptions is plain stupid and leaving customers without essential medication. Even though someone has been taking the same medication for 10 years you now have to phone every 4 weeks to reorder it. Will be swapping to a more customer focused pharmacy soon."
"For years I have collected my medication as I shop but apparently I must now 'take responsibility for my own prescription' , as the service of ordering from the GP has been discontinued. It was because this service was offered to me by the pharmacy itself that I agreed to always collect my medication from there however I will find somewhere else and in the mean time try to arrange an emergency prescription. Staff uninterested and service poor!"
"Had the misfortune of calling in the pharmacy to order a certain brand of the medicine I required. After speaking with the pharmacy the lady at the counter confirmed it was DEFINITELY in stock . I called back later and waited for what seemed an age to now be told it wasn't in stock in the first place. In no way whatsoever am I blaming the assistant for this .when I spoke to the pharmacist about the poor service he was totally totally disinterested"
