"Similar to Sammie. I was running out of my prescription and Lloyd's messed up again. Got told to f' off by Lloyd's when I needed to get my prescription sorted in a timely manner. Their 'IT system' went down just before it was my turn in the queue. I think I heard the same story about their system going down they can't do anything two or three times already. Had enough with Lloyds and got in touch with Well people working here. They were super helpful and sorted my prescription in an unbelievably short time. I can't thank them enough and will be always using their services from now on."
