"Shop staff were and always have been lovely but the admin/admins behind the instagram page that is in charge of the raffles is completely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Without explanation i was blocked completely for raising an enquiry. As a business that prides themselves on being anti-resellers they make sure close friends and persistent shoppers get first serve at new releases. I managed to win a raffle and have been given 2 days to collect the product. Bare in mind i live outside of london work full time and there are strikes this weekend to public transport i raised the concern to the instagram admin which i received the following “this pair is revoked” followed with a block to my account. If i could give zero stars i would for the non existent customer service. Infuriating as i now have no means to raise concerns if i was use this company in the future."
"Went on 30.09 at 11:20 to buy new pair of Yeezy 350 Bone at Selfridges, the woman with long black hair showed me two pairs, but they were damaged (too many deep folds). I asked her to show me more pairs, but I was told that they only have these 2. That was definitely a lie, because I could see more boxes. Then a man came, he was really rude to me and told me to leave and that I'm not welcome here. Also he added that they have a "rule": I can buy only my size and 1 pair (I wanted a smaller size as a present for my girlfriend). Just a bunch of lazy kids "working" there. That is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Expected more from selfridges."
"I dont know what to say other than...BEST store for trainers in the UK. Staff are friendly, the community they have built is like bo other and its easier to get a win in their raffle than fighting with bots on the nike SNKR app"
