"I would give zero stars if there was an option and it’s very shameful to see to see in the reviews people complained about the staff but I don’t think so any action being taken and i will be writing email and a letter to higher management of nike as well about this, Now my experience was worst yesterday i went to nike store with my family but unfortunately my son was feeling sick and he vomit(not even a vomit he’s 2 years old it was more of a spit) in the store personally I don’t mind cleaning it up but telling customers they have to clean and they should be cleaning the shop isn’t something I believe a good customer service is as that’s the reason they have employees. They also brought a whole kit of cleaning including gloves,spray etc for me to clean as am an contracted cleaner i hope the staff don’t tell customers to clean the toilets after they use them. I demand a serious action to be taken against this compain by senior management so this won’t happen to any other customer in the future. Nike is a big brand & I believe shouldn’t be let down by the staff’s attitude."

"Not impressed with the attitude of staff in here, all loitering about and not helpful at all. As well as the fact they sell the England kit but not the socks, then I was sent to the shoe department as they were supposed to be there to be told the socks are in the football department which I initially checked. It’s a shame really as before Nike relocated to this part of Westfield from the old store the staff were actually good, maybe Nike skimping on funds hiring idiots"
