"Paid £100 to have my hair butchered and leave with a massive chunk missing from the side of my head, banding on my roots worse than when I entered and when I asked for a refund they said it wasn't part of their policy. My haircut was fixed by Vicky who was lovely but the stylist who originally did my hair argued with myself and my mum saying it wasn't that bad and she wasn't to blame for ruining my hair when she was the one who did it. Finally got a refund after i burst into tears because I felt so awful about the experience and it triggered my social anxiety. Will never be returning and I'm so disappointed by my experience."
