"Lovely place. The staff are so welcoming, offering a selection of free drinks on arrival! Cindy remembers exactly what nails I like and suggests new ideas to me. My nails always look perfect. The staff are so sweet, I was given a Christmas present last year and also this year. The nails are always amazing and the brilliant service is a bonus, so friendly and chatty. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails and eyebrows!"
"Very upset with this establishment had my eyebrows eyelashes done left my eyelashes completely different left my eyebrows with a gap in them when I went and complain she did not want to do anything about it very unprofessional would not recommend for anyone to go she lets other people jump in front of her clients so they have to wait twice as long to have their nails or feet doing and when you approach her about it she will fob you off with any excuse and still make you wait seems to me she is not very good at keeping appointments with her clients and get very offensive when you let her know you are upset about the situation I will never go again and would recommend anyone to find a different establishment to have their nails etc done in future also everytime you go to her she seems to have a different price for nails feet eyebrows eyelashes etc"
