"First of all I will not rrcomend this travel agency yo any one. I have used them fee times and at all times they have let me down. My girlfriend and I was plan ing a trip to Dubai back in February. I then called them. They gave us quote. O immediately made a deposit. As the sates drew closer to pay the balance I contacted them and paid my balance. The manager called Himself John which o dont think it is his real name called me and said the quote that was given to me and paid is not correct and that I should pay more. The initial payment was £1110. He then added another £120. I argued with him on the phone for hours and gave in and paid. Two days befor travelling he then caed me and said I should pay another £80 for the hotel tax. Again heated conversation gave in and paid. Must point out this trip was four nights . When myself and girlfriend arrived at the hotel in Dubai we were told that we only paid for one night. The hotel staff said we only paid for one night. Bare in mind the date we arrived was my girlfriend birthday. So the inconvenience of it all after travelling for almost 9hrs to be greated with such news . We said we will go to bed and get the whole thing sorted the next day. The next morning tried to contact the sky travel was impossible and eventually got some one and it took some hours again befor another day was paid for . This time I was really upset as I have never encountered such embarrassment and bare in mind the hotel chosen by sky travel was meant to be a 4star hotel. I wont even let my enemy stay in such a dump. The beds have bugs and flies. I was then ask to pay another hotel tax Bill's. I then contacted John and explained to him what had happened to us . He showed no sign of remorse for their partake in all this. He said he will reimburse my money for the hotel tax which I received nothing from them I would not recommend that you use this travel agency as they are not very helpful and changes the price all the time for your trip. They are the worst set of people I have ever come across in my 47 years on this earth. Please if you want a peace of mind befor during and after your travels use other agents or do it yourself. My girlfriend is still very upset by all what went on. I am putting all my things together to sue them for al what they have done to us."
