Reviews
"Usually when you receive a good service you don’t write a review and you move on with your life. But today in Zara Canary Wharf branch I was offered an amazing customer service by two kind and helpful lady on mens department who helped me kindly and professionally with finding the items I looked at online and I couldn’t locate on the shop floor, as well as returning and refunding some sizes and items. Thank you for your help. Also this branch looks a lot smaller than it looks so you can find most things you are looking for."
"I went to fitting room to try some clothes, when I get out I hand back some of the clothes to the girl that was working there, she asked me where’s the hangs, I went back pick it up and hand over to her, then she mande an unpleasant face and put yer eye brow up, like so inconvenient, so I asked to speak with the manager about her behaviour, guess what? She was the manager, so I told her, your customer service is poor, you should be more nicer to the customer, then she goes, it’s fine, no it’s not fine, you’re the manager should give exemple."
"I like to shop at Zara but this store they always have only one person working at the cashier. Always huge line and people waiting. Other staff prefer to organize stock then actually prioritize the cashier and avoid people waiting."
"78745. very terrible customer service. The man attitude was also very aggressive and abrupt. Stay away from this branch."
"The service here is the worst, the lady at till is very very rude, cannot understand why she is was like this also someone will work here if they cannot handle customer service. This is the worst zara I have shopped in even after spending over £100. I've never been treated with disrespect, even after speaking with manager no remorse, didn't even care, no names provided. I've just checked reviews on Google, trust pilot, looks like zara managment has done nothing about it. I feel I will never shop in zara again."
