"If I could give no stars I would but because I must, I give them a 1. Such rude service. Been a customer for years and it’s been fine service today however appalling! the man that I presume is the owner out of no where comes over to me and my friend and instantly accuses us of stealing. All I wanted was a black abaya to wear to work and I was going through the size as I am tall and they don’t usually have tall sizes and he comes out of no where saying where’s this abaya holding an empty hanger he just found I couldn’t believe what was happening and what my friend was being accused of he tried to threaten us by saying he’ll watch the cameras and we insisted on him to watch the footage back and that’s when he started to i guess feel bad and he tried to specifically accuse my friend of stealing because I’m a regular and he definitely tried to accuse my friend because she is black. Racist and overpriced and terrible quality clothing NEVER GO HERE."
"Love their different variety of Abayas! To wear on Simple and party functions. Customer service is great! The sister and brother that work their are kind and helpful."
"I bought a chiffon jilbab and matching shayla from this store but to my surprise at home the matching hijab was taken out! The brother had “assured” me both were inside and tied the bag himself bc we were running late on the parking meter. I’m not able to go back bc I don’t drive and the receipt says “coat” and no returns. So BUYER BEWARE they will cheat you if they can!"
"I bought a few abayas from here on the weekend, the sister that served us was so lovely and even arranged a tailor for us for alterations, we didn't need any alterations in the end luckily. I honestly had a great experience shopping here and will be going back soon, I would defo recommend this place to others too."
"Rude customer service by the sister who served us. We simply asked for discount as you would haggle in green street, didn’t expect her you snap at us saying it’s already discounted and rolling her eyes at our mum. We still purchased the jilbab as our mum really liked it. They need to learn how to speak and smile to their customers especially to those customers who weren’t being rude in thr first place."
