"The employees on shop floor were amazing, as they all attempted to help find a particular trenchcoat that I really liked. However, Fatima went above and beyond by continuing to help and offered us many alternatives until I made a final decision and bought a jacket I really liked - she is a major asset to the company and needs a pay rise!"
"If I could put 0 stars I would. Upon my visit to this store I have witnessed accounts of managers being verbally abusive towards their staff. An incident occurred during my presence in which a young member of staff was pushing a huge rail of garments with no help. She eventually ended up knocking over one of the mannequins by accident and instead of somebody being compassionate and calm over the situation. The manager which I believe was Spanish proceeded to verbally abuse and bully the young member of staff instead of recognising that it was a mistake. In front of customers. I felt very annoyed and appalled that she reacted in such a manner. Further implying that the mannequin was worth thousands instead of seeing the issue in which she was pushing a huge amount of clothes by herself. I then went over to say something to the young lady including her manager and she used the same rude approach towards me. It was disgusting and it makes me absolutely ashamed to be a mango shopper."
"*** ATTENTION - careful about pickpockets operating in the shop. I waited in the queue then a cashier processed my refund (though there was some issue so took awhile). Right after I stepped away from the cashier area a young woman tapped me from behind and asked me “where my jeans are from”. They are completely inconspicuous jeans and I froze in spot and then was suspicious and stepped away from her, told her I don’t know and walked away. In retrospect I was sure they were pickpockets especially as they were just hanging by the cashier. Luckily I had no valuables in my pockets or bag, and my only valuable was my phone in my hand. Still, need to be alert in the shop and if there can be security by the fitting room and cashier area too."
"Terrible experience wouldn't recommend shopping here. We were waiting for a size to exchange, and we asked a manager with an Italian accent on the floor why it's taking so long. She was nothing but rude with us and sent us to another colleague after we told her we'd been waiting for more than 15 minutes for a size. I showed her the receipt and asked her if we could return the item instead and she was chewing gum saying that her colleagues will help us as if she was too busy for us, giving us a look at the end. Clothes everywhere on the floor, and it seems like everybody is too busy to pay attention to customers. Wouldn't recommend."
