Michelle in the shop couldn't have been more helpful, quickly helped me find a pair in my size and even offered me a bottle of water as I must have looked like I needed it in my panic. Staff were fantastic and saved my day, and the chinos look great too!"

"I visited the store to buy a rugby shirt. I knew from the website that students are offered 10 percent discount. I asked the person at the counter..she straight away said No. Not interested in any help. Then i showed her on Gants website, she said may be and went inside to ask the manager. Then she came out and said, only for full priced articles.Yhos was again a lie. Multiple trip...and everytime the same rough, unhelpful attitude."
"I went into store to buy a woolly hat as it was a particularly cold day and I had lost my previous one the night before. After about a minute I became aware of a staff member standing a foot away from me trying to look inconspicuous who then proceeded to shadow me round the store. I would have preferred a 'can I help you, sir?' Still I needed a hat so chose one and headed to the checkout to pay and was met with very curt responses to my purchase. Needless to say I will never enter any of their establishments again. Nice hat though shame about the 'G' on the front."
