"I was so excited about going to this place and when I made an order on my first visit due to, what seemed to me, to be a very knowledgable albeit slightly pushy owner/sales woman/designer (they always are, they’re running a business!) She knew her stuff and we made an order for an £1000 dress and paid half upfront as a deposit. We agreed the dress would arrive by a certain date and it never did and I barely received updates unless I asked myself. I, being the bride, was a little worried but I felt I could trust this woman and her business so I stayed quiet. She offered to drop it when she thought it was going to be late and then said she couldn’t justify the cost of posting to my home within London (the same city!) and wanted me to try it on. Good thing I did as the embroidery was placed in the wrong areas and it didn’t fit well at all, sadly not at all as per the sketches agreed upon. Furthermore, I ended up having to postpone my event because of this to some extent but I did not hold a grudge. The dress was sent back to Pakistan and I never heard of it again! When I asked for my deposit back, I was told I was to blame for not picking up my dress (the one I wasn’t contacted about). I was told that contractually I would have to pay the other half and I responded that Zoyaz part of the contract was not completed on the set dates or quality agreed! I wrote polite and friendly messages to Lubina (the owner) and got no response. Dishonesty and deceit its finest.. absolute pirates."

"Didn’t have a large selection of designer outfits. Most sizes were M and above, I saw one or two S or XS Pakistani designer outfits. Customer service wasn’t brilliant either."

She helped me (8.5 months, first time mommy) try several outfits and was very honest with her advise. Thanks to her patience and guidance, I managed to find a lovely baby pink outfit and looking forward to wearing it for my baby shower.
