"If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. At first I was a bit skeptical before booking my appointment since it's a new place, but I'm very glad I gave them a shot and I will go into deep details why; The booking via Instagram was super easy and I had a speedy response, they also happily answered any of my queries. On the day of the appointment I arrived 5 minutes before opening time and Kim immediately greeted me by my name with a beautiful smile and she already knew what I had booked, which was very surprising and showed that she carefully studied the appointments for the day. She sat me down and offered me a drink menu and prepared my desk, I could see she took everything they would use on me from a sterilisation machine (this actually made me very surprised as it's the first time in Birmingham I see a salon actually cleaning in between clients), asked what I had in mind for my design and accepted any changes I had in mind without any hesitation. Just a minute after that Lee came from the back to start my nails. He was very delicate and not even once pulled on my fingers, and also asked my opinion after every step he made. Lee clearly has lots of experience with nails and the fact he was up for a chat during the whole time just made it better! I also got my toes done (and got offered another drink before that) and he took the time to understand what I wanted on them, since I have wonky toenails that won't grow straight. Besides the service being 5 stars, the place is also very clean and bright and the playlist was also very good. I had to use the toilets and it was in pristine condition. By the end I was offered hand cream and the fragrance was DEVINE. In general everything was perfect, Kim definitely knows how to run a business and make clients happy, hence why that's their second location. I am extremely pleased and excited to come back asap."
