"Absolutely loved my treatment with Laura-Jayne. I was a little nervous as hadn't been to a Salon since pre-covid. From my initial call the ladies made me feel instantly as ease .Both Laura and Teresa were so lovely .A very professional and attentive service in a lovely relaxed environment. Thank you I felt truly pampered and love my Nails"
"Decided to treat myself for Mothers Day by having shellac on my nails done with Laura-Jayne. Lovely experience and nails are absolutely fab. Thank you Laura-Jayne"
"I had a deep tissue back, neck and shoulder massage - Sarah has magic fingers! She worked wonders on my knotty shoulders, it was perfect mix of relaxing and felt it doing good. Then I had a pedicure and Shellac. It was lovely to chat with Sarah, and her fellow colleague and client. The pedicure was perfect, and I’m really in love with the colour (Frosted Glen). If you are at a loose end at the airport and need a treat … go!!!"
"This is the first time in over 7yrs I've had my nails done. The lovely Laura reassured me. Told me what was gonna happen and how she was gonna do it all. Answered all my questions about plexigel . 110% would use again."
"So in the past month I have been here twice, and on both occasions I have had an issue. On my first visit there was a miscommunication which resulted in me not having the treatment I booked in for. However, this was rectified with an apology and good will gesture after I made a complaint. On the second visit, I had a simple pedicure and a staff member pointed out she had forgotten to apply the cream to my feet. I was quiet, annoyed by this as I found this out when I was getting ready to leave. She did offer to apply the cream but I was in a rush to get back home so I couldn't stay any longer, so I took the cream home and did it myself. Before booking in with The Essentials Beauty, I made sure I did a thorough search through their social media, including reading their reviews. I built up a high expectation based on all the reviews I read, but this was all knocked down after my first visit. I thought I'd give them ago again, but my expectations haven't changed and I personally think they are quite pricey in terms of the pedicure options for what they actually do during the process. I don't think much thought goes into the treatment and I have searched on google the name of the products they use for the pedicures and they're really cheap. I didn't see a difference in my feet after the treatment and I honestly wouldn't attend again. I must say they are friendly bunch and work well together, but me personally I don't think its worth it and that's just my opinion."
