"Late Escape Hot Tub Experience: We stayed here tonight from 5-8pm and had a lovely time. We were greeted at the door by a very welcoming lady. Included in our package was a platter of food with plenty of choice - sweet and savoury - as well as alcoholic or soft drinks. The “relaxation room” was very calming, with modern furnishing. There is also a separate changing room which was very clean, heated and nicely decorated. This included robes, towels, flip flops, a hair dryer and dressing area. Loved the extra touches such as make-up remover and bags for your wet clothes! The hot tub was in a sheltered, private corner, heated by a log fire which was even more special. The temperature was very hot and unbearable to begin with. However, the lady quickly resolved this by adding some cold water. She offered us another drink to make up for this which was appreciated. Overall, this was a lovely experience and we would definitely recommend. Customer service was outstanding and made us feel very comfortable."
"The best experience for my friends 30th birthday! Booked the spa day and got a couple of hours in the hot tub and a 25 minute treatment each followed by a beautiful platter of food. The staff were really welcoming and made us all feel so comfortable. The hot tub was lovely and warm and the ladies were really experienced with the treatments. The food was beautiful and really well displayed! All in all a great experience and we will definitely be returning! 100% recommend!"

Afternoon tea was a beautiful range and very tasty! Experience felt like a break from it all with the convenience of it being local. Huts were clean and we loved the exclusivity in the hot tub. 2 very happy visitors already planning our next booking!"
