"I was in excruciating pain with a wisdom tooth . I had been suffering with no sleep and had a 5 month old baby with me. I rang 111 who advised I go to this dentist. When I arrived and tried to ring for a appointment the woman on the phone was so rude. Said No were full. Didn’t listen to me. Didnt give any advice . Her whole attitude towards me was that I was a nuisance. Sack who ever you have answering phones. Her customer service skills are atrocious!!! Wish I got her name. Kirkby Dental practice got me in. As I was very upset !! Still suffering now 5 days on with my mouth. Although slowly getting better. You don’t need this bad attitude when your in agony !!!!"
