"To say I hate going to the dentist is an understatement, terrified is more accurate. But I had to go due to being in agony via 111. They got me in at Rainworth, 1st appointment showed an infection, so I needed antibiotics first. 2nd appointment, I was panicking as I knew this was extraction time. The staff where amazing, understood my fear and took the time to help me calm down. Nothing was to much for them. As for the extraction it's self, it was completely painless, I did not feel a thing, just my dental fear. As soon as the words "its out" left her lips I burst out crying. The built up emotions I'd had for the last week knowing this had to happen all hit me at once. Again the staff where absolutely amazing, didn't rush me just let me settle down in my own time. I really can't express how good they where, its probably the reason they are so busy. Thank you so much for letting a 52 year old man act like a 5 year old child. Your amazing...."
"Came in today for a tooth extraction as an emergency appointment and the receptionist and the two ladies that saw to me were very friendly and put me at ease. She said after that my tooth wouldn't stop bleeding so advised I go to hospital. It did eventually and she rang me to see how I was."
