"***AVOID BIGABYTE BIRKENHEAD AT ALL COSTS*** So i went in with my perfect laptop with a general question about wjether my laptop could have extra RAM added and the owner asked if i had my laptop and i knew i was relying on trust now because i have no knowledge but felt it was a question he could have answered by google..anyway he begun disassembling it, and missed a screw cracking the casing and then denying it even though he said himself he didnt realise there was another screw he didnt see. he then fiddled about inside. the palm rest had a minor fault which he didnt cause but this looked worse so with the new crack which he 100% caused and the prominance of the palm rest issue i was extremely shaken up..anyway as i called my mum stressing he put i back together which i didnt watch and gave it back. So, i took it back and tried to turn it on and the caplocks button was flickering and the screen stayed blank despite me chsrging it to 20% literally half an hour beforehand at home and i asked him, why isnt it turning on and mentioned assuming the battery was dead but mentioning the caplock issue and he just agreed and said it was a flat battery.. so i carried on to my original destination,which was cash converters, totally unknowing if he had blagged me as my laptop was now not working or flat..cash converters plugged it in with my charger and the screen stayed blank but he said its on because the side showed power ..and he asked have you had it on today! at which point i admitted i had just been to bigabyte..so now what do you do go back to dr frankenstein ,i decided not to and went instead to Tech Outpost which is opposite cash converters birkenhead..i was now massively stressed. kindly they agreed to look at it for free, i explained what had happened, they found broken housing inside of it, they said a screw which should have been opened for him to have been able to get the back off hadnt even been touched!? and thank god got it back working and said there was a part which was not strapped down ,or something along those lines. The overall message im trying to get across is to AVOID BIGABYTE BIRKENHEAD AT ALL COSTS! He left me, from having a completely working machine to a totally broken laptop and lied to my face aswell. Hes a lying inept scumbag so please beware! and if you want expertise go to Tech Outpost Birkenhead they are brilliant! They saved me and my laptop today! 11/12/2022"

"Dropped off a laptop because the screen wasn't working but would work on an external monitor. The guy in the shop (didn't get your name sorry) said it would be an £85 fee for the screen replacement. Went to collect the laptop and was informed it was actually just a loose wire and it didn't need a screen replacement, didn't charge me for the trouble of checking the laptop over and the laptop works great Big shoutout to the guy I spoke to, saved me £85 just before Christmas. 5* and would highly recommend just for the service alone, he could've easily changed the screen and charged me and I'd have been completely unaware, really appreciated!"

"Absolute delight to deal with! I took my Galaxy S6 Edge in this afternoon as I have just upgraded. The phone had the tiniest crack in the back glass, quite frankly you would hardly notice and the phone was in perfect working order. Despite this I was offered a measly £60 for it at other shops that simply dismissed it as "not working" because it had a small defect. The staff here were brilliant and showed a lot of common sense and offered me a very reasonable price for the phone. I have to say as well the chap who I was speaking to was a genuinely very friendly guy and I take my hat off to him. Great customer service and genuinely very warm friendly people. Thank you! My little girl spent that quid on some sweets on the way back to the car by the way!"
