"Great team in the Covent Garden shop. The shoes are very confortable and the shop experience was pleasant."
"Cheaney is a fantastic company, and Alex (the manager of their Covent Garden branch) is a real credit to the company, extremely helpful and very patient with answering any questions about all things shoe related. Since the start of the year I have become acquainted with the company after venturing into the realms of high quality footwear and have now bought several pairs of their shoes; the company has a very family feel, with staff taking real pride in what is a wonderful quality fully English made shoe. Do stop by - you won’t be disappointed!"
"It was my first time at the store and the first in eight years buying winter shoes. I was finding the whole mission a little difficult but the store manager, Alex, was just amazing! He went above and beyond to help me and I am so appreciative and thankful for his customer service. Alex and the Covent Garden team definitely deserve this glowing review. Thank you so much!"
"Great range of high quality shoes. One of the best Cheaney stores, with lots of exclusive models. Also worth visiting the Cheaney factory shop near Kettering if you're ever up that way as you can save big money on your favourite shoes."
"I ordered a pair of Walnut Grain Cheaney made to order fur lined boots in the Scott style in May in order to be ready for the British Winter! The shop told me how long I would have to wait and they were very accurate. The shop is sometimes a little quieter so you get a lot of attention from the friendly sales staff who let me use their toilet when I was caught short. Cheaney are becoming like the Church’s shoes of old in terms of quality to price and they often very stiff competition to Crockett and Jones in terms of value. In fact in the field of fur lined boots and boots generally. I would tender them as the best in terms of value to price out of all the Northampton manufacturers. Considering I have nearly 60 Goodyear welted shoes (though I’m not a centipede) from Edward Green, Church’s, Crockett & Jones etc I feel qualified to report. In the photo I show them tested in the extreme conditions of the Hungarian winter hiking in the hills. They were warm but not overheating and did not let in dampness!"
