"Sheepishly purchased a Gshock from their online store, the pictures weren't great but the description said it was in good condition. Item arrived packed very poorly (loose in a thin jiffy bag and almost breaking through the paper) and the solar cell was clearly damaged which wasn't in the item description. I have emailed the store twice now seeking a return and refund and am yet to receive any kind of response."
"Bought a computer game for my daughters switch but the cartridge didn't work, the next day I returned it for my daughter at first they refused. I said there was no other game she wanted so I wanted my money back but the girl said no. I asked to speak to the manager she went and spoke then returned saying I caould have my money back since I was returning it the next day. The Cash Converters website says customers are entitled to their money back when an item is unusable. I definitely will not be shopping there again."
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Lazy and don't get goods sent out. The only way they will know it hasn't been delivered is when you have to call them and discover the item is still lying there."
