"Once appliance was delivered their attitude changed completely. They even fronted me up accusing me of damaging the appliance myself, absolutely unbelievable. Their customer service really is non-existent. Twelve months warranty, it wasn't even a week!! Take the correct legal route via the small claims court, their attitude soon changes, believe me they haven't a leg to stand on. Take my advice and avoid this organisation. You've been warned!!"
"Cow Boys Bought a fridge that leaked after 2 days and a cooker that knocks loudly. Completely unhelpful wanted us to disconnect cooker and take back to the shop as engineer would not come to property where it had been installed. Simply refused a refund. Don’t waste your money, go to a proper shop as you get what is expected from a two bit outfit."
