"I called up on the Monday and they gave me an emergency appointment on the same day I called. I am a nervous patient but David made me feel at ease, I still can’t get over how nice he was. He put me on antibiotics to get the swelling down. On the Tuesday I was booked in with a new dentist called Zainab and she was also very nice and considerate too. I don’t feel as nervous or scared to go back. The reception are brilliant and also very nice. I’m really grateful they managed to get me in sooner and booked in at the dentist because I had struggled all week trying to sign on with a new dentist as I haven’t been to one for years. I feel very fortunate and I’m really grateful that St Michaels could get me in as a new NHS patient, as many others had waiting’s lists up to 2 years. I just want to say a massive thank you and if I could give more stars then I would because I can’t believe how friendly all the staff are, it really does make a difference to someone’s experience. Fingers crossed I might start looking forward to going to the dentist haha!"
