"My wife contacted these via the website and email to request joining their surgery plans. They did not answer. I also, a few months later, sent an email via the website requesting to join one of their plans for my family. Again, they have not answered. If there is no room, a courteous reply would have been appreciated then I would not have had to leave such a negative review."
