"Unfortunately, I would recommend avoiding at all costs for your wedding as our experience was extremely poor and very stressful. If I could go back in time, I’d use Uber instead. We had too many issues to list, but to give you an idea I (the bride) had to walk the final half a mile to the church. I cancelled the last journey and flagged down a taxi to the venue because I couldn’t face getting back in the car. When we complained, we were informed that a protest and football match was happening on the day and conveniently everything was blamed on this, despite the route not being effected. Interestingly, the protest and football match did not effect the other cars taking the exact same journey at the same time, nor any of our many guests. We were told getting the bride and her father to give step by step directions the entire way was “common practice”. For context, the driver said they needed us to direct as they didn’t know where they were going and they didn’t trust the sat nav - not what you want to hear on the way to your wedding. Once we complained, we were made out to be extremely demanding and unreasonable. They brought up small changes we had made in advance that they agreed to and told us they wouldn’t charge us for as they were so small. For example, we asked for an extra 15 minutes. We would have happily paid extra for these changes, but we were told at the time we didn’t need to. It felt like they were doing everything they could to make us feel guilty and at fault, and turn the complaint back on us. For example, we were told that *they* were entitled to claim compensation against us because we cancelled the final journey. I assume any reply to this review will also make us out to be the ones at fault. For that reason I wasn’t going to write one, I didn’t want the added stress. However, a friend encouraged me to saying that it’s only fair other brides are made aware, especially as previous customers may have avoided making one star reviews because they had the same response we did. My advice is to stay well clear, honestly, Uber provide a better level of service."

"JK Wedding Cars were incredible. We needed a car for our wedding the week before as some other company had let us down. Jake pulled out all the stops for us and did so in such an amazing kind manner. And the car was beautiful. Recommend to anyone who is looking for a car for events or weddings."

"I booked a Daimler car for my bridesmaids the weekend just gone. Jake and his team were great! From booking the car at the very start right to the final drop off on the day he was great. He even messaged / emailed me after the wedding to wish myself and my partner all the best. The car was beautiful and immaculate inside. The driver (Jake) was very smart too, everybody commented on how good Jake was as he also let my young son start the car up (obviously all he had to do was press a button , and Jake was there the whole time talking him through it) which he absolutely loved and not stopped going on about it. I would highly recommend JK wedding cars to anybody whose looking for a vehicle for weddings proms or any special occasion, I can guarantee you will not have any problems booking with JK."
