"Poor dangerous service. the boy took his car in for new tyres they left the rear wheel loose, finger tight i have just had to tighten all the wheels after entrusting ATS both the technician and the QC controller failed the basis test. Never be using ATS again. My order number was 1800136 to prove i'm a customer"
"Interim service done on vehicle today, they left the coolant cap off after top up, this lead to the pressurised system ejecting all of the coolant, leaving me stranded and waiting for the RAC (who comfirmed this as the cause), I'll also lose a days work tomorrow due to the vehicle needing to have the coolant changed as RAC had to use water to get me home. If I could give zero stars I would, this is the most basic thing to have checked and could've caused serious damage to the vehicle, definitely avoid!"
